When you come on the Bootstrapped Unicorns Podcast you agree that you’re obligated to participate fully. You are here to help other entrepreneurs learn and grow because of your story, your ideas, and your candor. You promise you won’t hold back.
We also have a “Fee” for the show, which is NOT monetary. We ask that you participate AFTER the show by contributing two big things:
- You provide 2 referrals for people who should be on the show. We’ll reach out to them and invite them.
- You promise to share your episode liberally across multiples of social media outlets and, if willing, to your email database, too.
We need to be unfettered in our ability to share your story. As such, we require your agreement – in writing – that you will allow us to use your likeness in photo, video and audio without restriction and without encumbrances. You agree this is a FREE appearance and you have no rights to compensation including but not limited to cash, gifts, experiences and/or publication. We do not guarantee publication of any assets but we do plan to use all interviews we conduct.
We expect that any NDA-level agreements you have will be observed by you at your discretion. We cannot know what you may or may not be legally allowed to disclose so we expect that you will “be good” about your contractual duties to others. As such, we cannot be held responsible for such matters.
We believe you’re an expert with great value. As such we are here to make you look good. Please trust that we are on the job to make sure you have a great appearance and experience. If we believe you are not presenting well we will either correct it during taping or in post-production. We promise to not air a show that we deem inadequate. This is a matter of our discretion and is not up for guest adjudication. C47 Films, using our decades of experience, will be the sole arbiter of what content is fit for air. We have a reputation to uphold, as do you, so please know that we ALWAYS work for mutual benefit. Always.
All guests have already, by application, approved C47 communications via email, phone and text. Your presence on our show will require more communication for publication purposes which you agree can and likely will include Video, Audio, Photo, Text and Name Appearances in any and all social media sites, blogs, video streaming sites, news outlets and the like.
